Marvin McKinney is Chief Financial Officer of Hament Group, steering the firm’s budgeting, treasury, and investor-reporting functions across Delaware, Cayman, and Tanzanian entities. He holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Strathmore Business School, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (ACCA). Marvin spent eight years at Deloitte, rising to Senior Manager in Financial Services Audit before serving as Finance Director for a regional payments fintech, where he implemented IFRS-compliant controls and optimised cross-border cash management.
At Hament, he oversees capital planning, financial modelling for fundraising rounds, tax strategy, and regulatory filings—ensuring every shilling, dollar, and Cayman $ is deployed transparently and efficiently in support of the firm’s growth.
