Admitted to practice in both Tanzania and England & Wales, Esther spent eight years in the investment-funds group at a global law firm, advising asset managers on Cayman, Delaware, and EU vehicles, AML/KYC frameworks, and securities-offering rules.
At Hament, he leads regulatory strategy; drafting CMSA filings, negotiating service-provider agreements, and ensuring every product meets SADC and international standards, so clients can invest with total confidence.
