Hermes Massawe is the Founder & CEO of Hament. He holds an MSc in Finance & Investment Banking from Nottingham Business School and has completed the full CFA® curriculum. Hermes began his professional journey with the United Nations, where he worked in Human Resources and developed strong stakeholder management and cross border governance skills. He later joined Tanzania Securities Limited, a licensed Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange broker, gaining hands on experience in trade execution and local market dynamics.
