Felister Hermes is the Human Resources Manager at Hament, overseeing workforce planning and end-to-end people operations across the firm’s Delaware, Cayman, and Tanzanian offices. Felister holds a B.Com. in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam and began a career in management consulting, advising clients on organizational design and process improvement before deepening expertise in client-relationship management.
At Hament, Felister designs scalable HR policies and controls, leads Microsoft 365–enabled onboarding and HRIS administration, and implements performance and compensation frameworks. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and employer branding, training and development, and cross-border compliance (labor, payroll, and data privacy). Leveraging metrics and HR analytics, Felister partners with leadership to build a high-performance, people-first culture—ensuring every hire is engaged, compliant, and aligned with Hament’s mission to deliver world-class wealth management in the SADC region.
